How can I find out how much is outstanding on my loan?
In order to find out your outstanding balance, we are required to do a security check, which we can only do by speaking directly to you. Please call us on 0800 2 15000 and one of our advisers will be happy to provide you with the detail you require.
Our lines are open 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday. (Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays).
