Online
We are committed to making our site more accessible and support the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). Our product directory has been designed to meet the WAI recommendations. We have been focusing on reworking our tools, product Application forms and online services to fully meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
Browser compatibility
You can view the Lombard Direct website on a wide range of browsers. We have tested the pages of the site with the following browsers:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.5 and 6.0 for PCs
- Netscape Navigator Version 7 for PCs
This work on making our site more accessible has been influenced by The Guidelines for UK Government Websites. This incorporates support for the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).
If you wish to increase the size of the text please do the following:
- select the "View" on the toolbar
- select "Text Size" / "Text Zoom" on the menu that appears
- select a larger text size / higher percentage
Internet explorer users with a wheel mouse can also simply hold down the ctrl key and role the wheel forward / backward to adjust the text size.
Phone
Lombard Direct supports the Typetalk and Text Phone services for people with specific communication requirements. To use Typetalk, please prefix the number 18001 before the number you wish to dial.
For example:

Alternatively Lombard Direct will deal with anyone who has Power of Attorney for you, should you be unable to contact us yourself.
Lombard Direct shall also be happy to send you any of our brochures, letters or statements in Braille, large print or audio, upon request.
