As a result of your feedback and suggestions we have:
- Set up a priority telephone number
This allows customers who have a current loan with Lombard Direct the benefit of shorter call waiting times.
- Improved the speed of our loans service
Customers told us they wanted their loan funds as quickly as possible. We introduced an option for customers to have funds transferred to their bank account overnight and made available the next day - this means that after your loan has been approved, for a small fee, you can enjoy using the funds sooner.
- Implemented payment date selection for loans
We have introduced a facility for customers to select their monthly payment date for their loan ,free of charge, when going through the application over the telephone or on the internet.
- Modified our loan payment protection policy
We now offer three tiers of Loan Payment Protection. This enables customers to choose a level of cover that is more tailored to their needs.
